Here’s our big post for Dennis and Joes’ engagement session in NYC!
As I mentioned in the sneak peek post, they’re in town from Hong Kong, where engaged couples dress up in wedding attire for their photo sessions. Lemme tell ya, running around the city with these two was so much fun! Tons of people were yelling “Congrats!” in passing.
It was really hard narrowing down the photos to just a few for this blog…Dennis and Joes are totally comfortable in front of the camera, and their love for each other really shines through. The way they look at and interact with each other was just so sweet– every girl should have a guy who looks at her like she’s the most important person in the world. :)
We started off at the Brooklyn Bridge, then moved on to Central Park…
I have a newfound appreciation for Central Park. The first time we went there (last year), I wasn’t too impressed. This weekend, I was amazed at how many beautiful spots there were!
LOVE this shot Chris took while I was taking a portrait of Joes:
Sitting on some rocks…it was here that I realized my husband possesses ninja rock jumping skills skillz. With a z for emphasis!
On our way out, we came across a playground with swings!
Next up was Grand Central Terminal.
I love the ticket booths here…they’re not the ones you see at more modern train stations.
Our last stop was Times Square for some night photos.
Thank you, Dennis and Joes, for one of the most fun engagement shoots we’ve had! It was truly a pleasure meeting the both of you. We’ll have to meet up in Hong Kong some day :)
