Last month I read a post about a guy who went to the hospital when the bar came lose from the vice grips. I hope more guys post information on how to safely install trunk torsion bars.

I have mine into place already but anyways this will help understand the proper position. Also you will not need any “special tool” fot this, only a locking plier, and a bud to help you with the trunk.
